How to rename Workers to Volunteers or Staff

From Dashboard, open Settings. Scroll to What do you call your people?
Click a preset pill: Workers · Volunteers · Staff · Members · Crew · Helpers · Tutors. Or type your own singular + plural in the two text inputs (40 chars max). Click Save.
The new label shows everywhere in the admin UI, nav drawer, page titles, buttons, empty states. The CSV export's worker_name column header stays the same so payroll systems don't break.
