How much does Kangaroo Clock cost?

Free for your first 500 recorded hours. After that, $10 a month or $100 a year, flat, however many people you have. No per-seat, per-location, or per-device fees. The full details are on the pricing page.

What counts as an hour

Time on the clock between a clock-in and a clock-out, added up across everyone in your workspace. Auto-closed and admin-edited entries count. Hours recorded before pricing launched do not.

Where to see your count

On Dashboard, the Free hours card shows hours used out of 500. Open Billing from the nav drawer (or Settings) for the full picture.

What happens at 200 and 500

At 200 hours you get a banner on the admin pages and one email. At 500, the logged-in admin pages (dashboard, reports, entries, settings) show the subscribe screen instead. Nothing is paused, hidden, or deleted.

Clock-in never stops

Kiosks, QR posters, and personal links keep recording at every hour count, subscribed or not. Auto-close keeps running. Subscribe later and every hour is there.
