How to add your logo and brand color
Updated June 2026
From Dashboard, open Settings in the nav drawer and scroll to the Branding section.
Brand color
Under Accent color, pick a color or type a hex code. Kangaroo Clock automatically chooses a readable text color to sit on it, so buttons and labels always stay legible, you can't pick a combination that breaks contrast. Tick Use the default Kangaroo color to go back to the standard amber. Your color tints buttons and accents across the whole app, including the admin pages.
Logo
Under Logo, choose an image, PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP, under 1 MB. A wide (landscape) logo sits best. To take it down later, tick Remove logo.
Save
Click Save branding.
Where it shows up
Your logo appears on the shared kiosk screen, on personal clock-in links, and on QR pages. It's also used as the letterhead on the printable service-hours letter (Reports → Verification letter). If you haven't added a logo, those screens fall back to the Kangaroo Clock mark and your organization name.
