How to make a kiosk for one team or event
Updated June 2026
Your main kiosk shows everyone. A kiosk you create here shows only the people in the tags you pick, so a tablet or poster for one crew or a single event lists just them. Open Kiosks in the nav drawer (or click Set up a filtered kiosk → in the Dashboard's Share clock-in card).
First, tag the people
A kiosk is built from tags, so the people you want need a shared tag first. For example, tag everyone on the Saturday crew "Saturday". See How do tags work and where do I apply them?
Create the kiosk
In Kiosks, click New kiosk. Give it a name ("Saturday Crew"), tick the tags under Tags to show, then click Create kiosk. Each kiosk can also require its own PIN: tick Require a PIN on this kiosk if you need it (off by default).
Pick who shows up
Under Who shows up, leave Anyone with any of these tags (most common) so anyone carrying at least one of the tags appears. Choose Only people with all of these tags to require every tag.
Open it on a tablet or print the QR
On the kiosk's page, click Open kiosk → to use it on a tablet, or QR code to post it. The link is unguessable: Rotate URL issues a fresh one if it leaks, and Archive this kiosk retires it.
If someone isn't on the list
A filtered kiosk shows only its tags' people. Anyone else uses Can't find your name? at the bottom. They type their name and only they appear to tap, so the kiosk never shows your whole roster. No match means they're not on the roster yet, and it tells them to ask their coordinator.
