How to handle multiple events or programs
Updated June 2026
Kangaroo Clock is built around one workspace per organization, no "events" as a top-level concept. To slice hours by program, use tags.
Set up tags
Open Settings → Tags. Add a tag per program ("Spring Fundraiser", "Summer Festival"), or per team, like "Kitchen" and "Front of house".
Apply tags to people
Open a person from Workers and check the tags that apply. A person can carry several, so someone who helps with two programs gets both.
Filter reports by tag
Open Reports. The Tag filter limits the totals to people carrying that tag, exactly what you submit when a funder wants one program's hours.
Want a tablet that shows only one program's people? Open Kiosks in the nav and make a kiosk scoped to that program's tag — see How to make a kiosk for one team or event.
