How to switch between QR mode and the kiosk
Updated June 2026
Nothing to "switch", both modes are always available for any workspace. You decide per location what to share with people.
Use the kiosk URL when
You have a shared tablet at your location. People walk up, tap their name. Best for accessibility, anyone can tap any name, useful for people without phones.
Use the QR poster when
People bring their own phones. They scan once, their phone remembers them. Best for drop-in locations where new people may show up.
Use personal links when
People are remote and you know who they are in advance. Each person bookmarks their own URL.
All three modes write to the same underlying log, entries from kiosk, personal, or QR all appear together in Reports.
