How the 500 hours work
The counter is hours recorded on the clock, added up across everyone in your workspace, and it's on your dashboard from day one. A small volunteer group doing a few hours a week may never reach it. A weekly operation gets a month or two of real use, including at least one payroll or grant report, before being asked for anything.
Clock-in never stops. At 500 hours the logged-in admin pages ask for a subscription. Kiosks, QR posters, and personal links keep recording, nothing is deleted or hidden, and the moment you subscribe it's all there. We will never hold your hours hostage, and we will never stop a shift from being recorded.
Questions
What counts as an hour?
An hour recorded on the clock: the time between a worker's clock-in and clock-out, added up across everyone. Auto-closed and admin-edited entries count. Time before you signed up, or before pricing launched, does not.
What happens when we reach 500 hours?
At 200 hours you get a heads-up on your dashboard and by email. At 500 the reports and admin pages ask for a subscription. Nothing is paused, hidden, or deleted.
Do workers stop being able to clock in?
No, never. Kiosks, QR posters and personal links keep working at every hour count, subscribed or not. Only the logged-in admin pages ask for the card.
Is there a per-person price?
No. $10 a month or $100 a year is the whole price, whether you have five people or five hundred.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. Your hours are kept and you can come back later.
Do you offer discounts?
Sometimes, as a promotion code you enter at checkout. If you were given one, it works on the monthly or the annual plan.
