What this is
A free printable shift schedule template. Add your staff names down the left side, type each day's shift in the corresponding cell, and print the result for the break room or back of house. Designed for the simplest possible weekly grid, no shift swap requests, no labor cost forecasting, no notifications.
When to use it
Small teams (under 30 staff) who don't need a full scheduling app. Restaurants, tutoring centers, small retail, summer programs. Any place where you'd otherwise be doing this in a spreadsheet or on a whiteboard.
How it works
Type names (one per row). Type shift times in each day's cell (e.g., "9–5" or "open–close"). Click Print to send to your printer or save as PDF. The schedule fits on a single US Letter page in landscape orientation.
For scheduling that talks back to time tracking, you'd need a workforce-management platform (Homebase, When I Work, Deputy). Kangaroo Clock deliberately doesn't do scheduling, it just records the hours people actually work.
