A free generator for printable QR sign-in posters. You paste the URL volunteers (or guests, or staff) should land on when they scan, type a header label for the poster (e.g., your event name or organization), and the page renders a print-ready poster with the QR code at the center.
When to use it
Volunteer check-in at a nonprofit event, staff clock-in at a small business, attendee check-in at a community gathering, contactless menu access at a restaurant, or any other situation where you want "scan this and you're in" to be the entire interaction.
How it works
Type the URL the QR should lead to. Type the header label. Click Render QR, the poster preview updates with your QR. Click Print to send it to your printer or save it as a PDF.
The QR is generated entirely in your browser via a small JavaScript library. Nothing is sent anywhere, close the tab and the URL is gone from our reach.
