What this is
A free generator for a clean, printable monthly volunteer hours summary. Paste a list of names and hours (one per line), the tool renders a formatted summary with the month, the total hours, the distinct volunteer count, and the per-volunteer detail.
When to use it
Monthly board memos, funder updates, internal program reviews, volunteer recognition emails. Anywhere you'd otherwise be hand-formatting a numbered list of names and hours into a Google Doc.
How it works
Paste your data as name, hours per line (e.g., Casey Morgan, 12). Type the month label, your organization, and an optional message. Click Print. The summary opens in a new tab, print to paper or save as PDF.
